CTN and CTNM series permanent magnetic cylinder separators are cylinder magnetic separators with permanent magnetic system, which are suitable for wet separation of strong magnetic minerals with fine particles or removal of mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with large magnetic field depth, large working gap and large processing capacity. It is a full counter current wet magnetic separator.
The principle of the machine is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder skin, and are brought out of the magnetic field area, and washed into the fine ore tank with flushing water and scraper to complete the separation operation.

The magnetic roller bearing is changed into double seal, which solves the problem of water easily entering into the cylinder, and at the same time, it is easy to replace and maintain, thus prolonging the service life of the equipment. The structure of the drive system is simple and easy to maintain (chain drive). The wear-resistant layer on the surface of the stainless steel drum of the magnetic separator is generally stainless steel wear-resistant layer, and there are other forms. The service life of the wear-resistant layer is related to the particle size of the ore and the daily working time. Users can choose.
